Named “Shangri-La”, after the earthly paradise that was created in one of the owner’s favorite movies, it is a spacious 3 bedroom (two Queens, Queen, Queen), 3+ bath (with two additional half baths) home. Truly a golfer’s and motorsport lover’s paradise located at the end of a very private cul-de-sac and overlooking the fourth green. With its mesmerizing green, fairway and valley views, along with its proximity to golf/walking/biking trails, this home is ideal for a fun, restful, and relaxing getaway. Custom built in 1972, Shangri-La features a living room with cathedral, wood beam ceilings, wood burning fireplace, oversized flat screen television, bumper pool table, golf course views and a vintage wet bar perfect for entertaining your family or esteemed guests. Exit the living room to an expansive wraparound deck perfect for enjoying some live golf and/or Carmel Valley sunshine. Adjacent to the living room is the large dining room and a spacious kitchen with fabulous view of the course. Kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, stainless refrigerator, garbage disposal and trash compactor, including rich, walnut wood cabinetry and a pass through to an adjacent circular breakfast eating area with large bay window. Breakfast area features a round table with seating for 4. Family Room is located off the kitchen and breakfast area and features a second wood burning fireplace, leather sectional sofa, and flat screen television. All three bedrooms are located down the hall from the family room. The master bedroom features two queen beds, a chaise lounge, television, his/her walk-in closets and a luxurious en suite bathroom with jetted tub and separate toilet rooms and a home office area. Down the hallway, second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and television. A spacious, separate laundry room is also off the hall with newer appliances. Carpet throughout the home except for the kitchen and bathrooms. A double car attached garage rounds out this incredible retreat with additional private parking on the expansive driveway.
