This luxurious home will provide comfort, tranquility, and central access to the many wonderful vacation hot spots in central Florida. Located in the city of Titusville, this spacious 3,600 sf home features enough room for up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a large kitchen, 2 dining areas, sitting room, and living room. A wine bar with plenty of glass wares and dining wares are also featured for special celebrations and just kicking back to enjoy the fine life. The backyard features a large deck with plenty of seating for an outdoor dining/grilling experience while your family is engulfed in the shaded canopy of a large oak tree, palm trees, and various other natural Florida plant life. Features in the backyard include a sunbathing area, bench swing, large couch swing and a gas fire pit on the deck, a wood fire pit and picnic table in the yard, and a small vegetable garden that you are welcome to eat from for whatever is ripe and ready! Stepping stones allow you to access most of the yard but feel free to explore wherever you would like. There is also a large concrete deck behind the fence that is perfect for placing your boat, motorcycles, trailer, kayaks, or paddleboards straight from the driveway. This pad is also perfect for sunbathing in privacy with more than 8 hours of direct sunlight. The large driveway can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. The garage is currently not accessible for guests.
Bedroom accommodations: The Master Bedroom includes a King bed, sitting area, television, dresser, and is connected to a large Master Bathroom with a walk-in closet, stand-up shower and bathtub; The Teal and Green Rooms feature queen beds, dressers, and have a shared bathroom with bathtub/shower between them; The second floor Tan Room features a trundle bed with two twin mattresses, sitting area, and has a connected bathroom with stand-up shower.
