Enjoy our cozy farmhouse style townhome located just outside of KC in Grandview near IHOPKC. A fully equipped kitchen & large living room are ideal spaces for families or couples. Quick access to local restaurants. 40 minutes from MCI airport, 20 minutes from downtown KC Convenient and spacious covered parking is available. This farmhouse comfortably accommodates 8 with two premium queen beds, 2 twins and a fold out couch in the basement (with bedding in storage compartment under the bed) with high quality linens for all The dining table seats five with bar seating for three. The kitchen has all the amenities of home. We provide towels and hand soap for all bathrooms. We also offer free WiFi, a Roku, as well as family games for entertainment. The entry locks have a private access that is reset after each reservation for the security of our guest. Guests have full access to the townhouse as booked. It includes free parking and fences patio space too. Entire Space is yours to enjoy! Self Check-in however hosts are available if needed. We generally like to give our guest their space and privacy during their stay. However you are welcome to text, message any time with questions. South Kansas City suburb is perfectly located. The Bay Waterpark 4 miles, Close to quick shopping centers, Starbucks, several restaurants, Walmart, Target and more. While being only 20 minutes from the heart of downtown KC, 20 minutes from KC Sporting Complexes and 40 minutes from the Airport. All IHOPKC facilities within 5 miles. Grandview hosts a great public John Anderson Water spray park only 5 minutes away and several summer activities including movies in the park. Ride KC Street Car streetcar system in downtown KC is free to ride throughout downtown ranging from Union Station to River City Market with several stops along the way including the Power & Light District. All TV’s have ROKU so you won’t miss your favorite show. Four comfortable beds, 2 bath plus 1 half baths with clean quality linens and luxurious towels.
