The front deck stretches across the whole main level and features a propane BBQ, 8 Muskoka chairs, 4 of which have their own footstools. Another sitting area, furnished with a large outdoor couch rests on the other end of the deck. A naturally designed stone walkway leads you from the ground level walk-out down to both the spacious stone patio and the waterfront. A patch of grass sits next to the patio and waterfront, completing this picturesque Muskoka property. The large dock comes equipped with a boat slip, 6 Muskoka chairs, 2 loungers, a small table with 4 matching chairs, and an umbrella. The waterfront offers a shallow and sandy walk-in as well as deeper water off the end of the dock, perfect conditions for any swimmer!
