Located atop the hill of the ancient Certosa abbey of Florence, immersed in the green of countryside of Tuscany, The Certosa Country House is only 6 Km from the ancient walls of downtown Florence. The house is immersed in the quiteness of the contryside but in the same time is 3 kms away from the the 'Impruneta' highway exit, in a strategic position to visit the wonderful hills of Chianti Region and the centre of Florence!
The house was totally restored in the 2013 so all it's new: the three spacious double bedrooms, the two fully equipped bathrooms, the living and dining area and the fully equipped kitchen.
The house has a private garden with a table, chairs and umbrella. The garden is a true oasis where you can have lunch or dinner ouside or relax during the day.

Located atop the hill of the ancient Certosa abbey of Florence, only 6 Km from the ancient walls of downtown Florence, the Rustico della Certosa is the ideal lodging for those who wish to visit the city during the day, and relax by night, immersed in the green countryside of Florence. The house is located 10 minutes away from the 'Impruneta' highway exit, in a strategic position to visit the wonderful hills of Tuscany!
During the day it is possible to visit the countless works of art of Florence or organize short day-trips in the most famouse tuscany sites.
The country house has a very strategic position. For example it's near the four Tuscany UNESCO heritage sites:
1.Towers of Sangiminiano (30 minutes away from the property by car);
2.Historic centre of Siena (45 minutes away from the property by car);
3.Piazza del Duomo of Pisa (50 minutes away from the property by car);
4.Historic centre of Florence (10-15 minutes away from the property by car).
