3 Bedroom House in North Park, Victoria

Welcome to our home! Our house is an up/down duplex which means that there are people living above and below. The suite you will be in is on the main floor and has a front and back entrance. There are three bedrooms in the house. One has a very comfortable king size bed. Another has a queen size bed and the third is set up as a nursery/guest room and has a floor mattress suitable for children and crib.
We have a spacious TV room with a large sectional perfect for hanging out on after a busy day. There is also a beautiful slab table with window bench perfect for meals or doing some work at.
Our kitchen is large and well equipped with everything you'll need to cook with including a beautiful gas range.
There is one bathroom in the suite with a large soaker tub, rain shower and shower wand. We have a luxurious toto bidet and a double vanity.
There is a sunny south facing front porch with seating perfect to enjoy an afternoon beer on. We try to keep the back deck primarily for our tenant's use so ask that you not hang out there.
We have a toddler so the house comes well equipped with lots of things for entertaining small ones including books, toys and a Strider bike.
If you would like to borrow bikes please let us know in advance and we can arrange to leave two bikes locked up outside for your use. Please note they are best suited to riders from 1.5 to 1.8 metres tall.
Please note that this is our primary home. As a result you will likely see some of our personal effects in the house. We offer our home for rent when we are away on vacation. It is a clean and comfortable place to stay but it is not a luxury short term rental.
