The other 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. One of the bedrooms has 4 beds (2 sets of bunk beds). The townhouse is steps away from the public golf course. There’s also a community swimming pool, access to the beach, a gym, tennis & pickle ball courts, a park, golf cart rentals to drive around the deer-friendly community, boat rentals, a convenience store, a boathouse restaurant, a bar (live music on certain dates), a sports bar & grill, and SERENITY!
