A self-catering beach house which is modern, located in the most famous beach with all the facilities, stay on the best of the beaches, fantastic food and to top it all the best of the party places within walking distance.
A beach house villa which is modern and located less than 100 meters from the famous beach CALANGUTE beach on one side and Baga on the other. The villa has a swimming pool with all the facilities and fantastic food.
It's a beach house built within the Ocean Mist villa complex on the famous Calangute beach. Even though Casa Europa is the most happening place in Goa, it is within a small complex of six houses with a private entrance. It's a quiet place to stay and gives you all the peace that you would need when you need it the most.
Less than 5 minutes of the walk gets you to the beach and the best restaurants in the area. There is a private swimming pool available within the villa and is exclusively available for the guests only.
• Three fully A/C en-suite double bedrooms with satellite TV and balcony.
• Two additional double A/C bedrooms with satellite TV, balcony, and one shared bathroom
• Self-catering European style kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, and cooking facilities.
• We have an in-house menu for all your catering needs or the chef can cook various meals for an additional charge.
• Restaurant for in-house guests, where we serve Indian and Western dishes including drinks either by poolside, living room, and or dedicated restaurant space outside below the pool.
• Internet and wifi for the guests with a full-body message and beauty care on request.
• Lounge area with sofas, bar, and Satellite TV.
• Swimming pool available in the villa and exclusive for the use of the guests from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Smoking is ONLY allowed outside the house.
• We are happy for our guests to have a social party but no pool parties beyond 11 p.m.
• If the villa is booked for 2, 4, 6 or 8 guests ONLY, then we give the rooms in the order below. The rest of the rooms will be allocated to other guests and the living, kitchen, and pool area will have to be shared by one and all:
1st - Room with a swimming pool and en-suite
2nd - Room with swimming pool only
3rd - Room with en-suite
4th - Room with en-suite
5th - Room on the ground floor with disabled access

• Local Buses, Taxis, Car/Jeep and Scooter hire available
• The local area has a big choice of eateries from fish & chips to Italian, French, South Indian, North India, and Goan
• There are a lot of doctors, pharmacy, hospitals, dental clinics, and shopping facilities all around
• For nightlife there is a huge choice of pubs, clubs, late-night shacks, and restaurants within a few minutes walk i.e. TITO's, LPK, and Club Cubana.
