The home is located on a quiet street in lower Tahoe Donner, yet it is also close to all of TD's finest amenities, all within walking distance. Home has a spacious deck for outdoor relaxing or entertaining, with a hot tub. You'll also enjoy the surrounding areas whether it be for dining, hiking, biking, golfing or swimming in Donner Lake.
Generous size 3 bed/2.5 bath home. Master bed and bath are located on the first level along with the kitchen and cozy family room and a 1/2 bath. Second level also has a huge 2nd room of living space that includes a wet bar, card table, TV and plenty of room for other fun. 2nd story also includes two bedrooms. The first has a full over queen bunk, with a kids loft, that'll love. The 3rd bedroom has a nice queen bed with a view of the forest.
The spacious deck on the back of the house has all you need for outdoor summertime living. Dining Table with Charis. Outdoor furniture for relaxing and entertaining, 2 chaise lounges and a great hot tub for relaxing after a day in the mountains.
