On the main level, there is a queen bedroom, a full-sized bathroom with a combination tub & shower, and a bedroom with 2 double beds. Enter the living room with vaulted ceilings, an open kitchen with a large island and bar with seating for 4, and one of two ice machines. The large dining area is just off the kitchen to enjoy your meals while taking in the lake view. Just off the living room is the King master bedroom with and ensuite bathroom that has a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
Upstairs has an amazing floor plan with even more sleeping space! The TV room has 2 queen size beds and a bunk room with two twin beds and a Pac Man video game console. This home grants you access to the double garage for extra parking that houses fishing poles, 2 kayaks, and a paddle board for your use.
Outside, the porch area is to DIE for with plenty of outdoor seating, a dining table, gas grill, and an extra ice machine with a sink area to clean those fish you caught! There is a lawn perfect for a game of cornhole and a seating area just at the water's edge. You may tie up a boat at the dock and use the jet ski port should you decide to bring them with you! This home is located off of Centerport Road and is close to Chuck's Marina and Union Boat Ramp for your convenience.
