This gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with private entrance and private laundry, has almost 1800 square feet of professionally designed and decorated living spaces. Up the stairs from the main entrance is this amazing living area, with 3 bedrooms, including a Master with an ensuite. The kitchen quality is absolutely stunning with gorgeous wood cabinetry including flat panel fridge & dishwasher, quartz counters and custom tile backsplash. The rest of the house is beautifully constructed with top quality finishings and hardwood flooring throughout. This home has a heat pump, offering cooling in the summer and heating in the winter, for year round climate control. Langford has the best selection of leading national retail and wholesale chains on Vancouver Island. Goldstream Ave is about 3 km from this property and is the main thoroughfare, with a variety of shops, boutiques and restaurants.

This is a 2 level home. The bottom level is permanently occupied. The garage is for owner use only. Your rental includes parking for two vehicles, on the left side of the driveway. The parking spot on the right hand side of the driveway is for the permanent occupant. There is limited street parking for any other vehicle in your group.

In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, Langford and elsewhere.
