The Space:
The Space
When you are seeking peace and serenity combined with outdoor adventure on your next family getaway, this home is perfect! Located within the Sebel at Twin Waters amongst a bushland reserve and a long stretch of beach, the house is one of 15 others within the Sebel complex. The unique and contemporary layout was created to allow every room to open onto a deck. The house has got a full kitchen, laundry, separate living area with TV, and outdoor seating and dining. The widespread indoor and outdoor living spaces flow together seamlessly maximising your lifestyle opportunities and your enjoyment of the fabulous Sunshine Coast climate.
First floor:
- When you first enter the property, you'll walk up the steps and be greeted by a bright open plan kitchen/living/dining area with large balcony. There is both indoor and outdoor dining with seating for 8, and plenty of extra lounging space to relax.
On the first floor, you'll also find a guest bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom across the hall.
Downstairs
Down the stairs is the ultimate kids retreat! The kids will be entertained for hours with games, toys, ping pong table and access to the pool. It features two bedrooms side by side, a small kitchenette, laundry facilities and extra bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has 2 single bunk beds (4 single beds total) Bed 2 has 1 double/single bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top).
Top level
The top level features a very private living room beside the master bedroom suite, complete with a plush Queen bed and open bathroom.
Outdoor and pool area
Outdoor entertaining with a large BBQ & alfresco lap style pool.

The Neighborhood:
This Twin Waters accommodation is a safe, gated beachside retreat situated around a picturesque saltwater lagoon, and only a short stroll from the patrolled surf beach. Enjoy access to three outdoor pools (including a children’s pool), BBQ facilities and entertaining area, plus bike and walking paths which wind around the resort’s main swimming lagoon. Bikes, catamarans and pedal boats are also available for hire.
Getting Around:
Airport shuttles can provide transport to Twin Waters from both Maroochydore & Brisbane. It is possible to make use of the local buses, ideally having a car is the best way to explore the Sunshine Coast.
Other Things to Note:
This property has a strict no party and no smoking policy. If you're after a larger gathering, this home is not suitable. As this is a quiet residential area (and we are obligated to ensure Sunshine Coast Council noise restrictions are adhered to), any breaches to these policies will result in you and your guests being removed from the home without a refund. Thank you very much for your understanding.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a bond form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*We professionally & hygienically clean using medical grade disinfectant and strict cleaning protocols including all surfaces, light switches, handles & remotes etc. We use hotel quality linen via a professional linen service that adheres to the highest levels of Australian chemical & heat sanitisation standards.
