Location, location, location… this one cannot be beat.
Direct access to lake and sandy beaches from backyard. The lake is approximately 200 feet from the house.
Beautiful Lakefront Home with 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths located on prestigious Preston Peninsula. Breathtaking views of the lake. Huge patio for relaxing and entertaining. Marinas, restaurants, golf course and more are only minutes away.
This one of a kind home is a combination of beach house for comfort and practicality with the styling of an upscale Hampton’s retreat
The outside living spaces are tailored for relaxation and entertainment with plenty of seating. The Adirondack chairs around the fire pit are always a big hit.
Lake Texoma is also a popular destination for flying insects. Notice the appx 750sf screened-in outdoor kitchen with dining and seating for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a grill and refrigerator and television.
The beautiful open-concept home comes fully equipped.
Living room:
The large interior living room is open to the kitchen and dining area, ensuring that all three have sweeping 180 degree (I’ve never found the degree symbol) views.
Dining room: stunning view of the water, with ample bench style seating.
Kitchen: Open concept and fully equipped with spacious Butler’s pantry.
Bed #1: Owner’s suite has a nicely situated king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. It has double French doors that open wide onto the screened porch, as well as a large walk-in closet that on occasion has served very nicely as an infant nursery
Bed #2: The guest room has a queen size bed and double French doors which opens directly to the screen porch. The second bath is directly across from the guest room.
Bed #3: The bunk room has four twin size mattresses with easy access steps and safety railing. Located next to the guest bath.
Bonus bedroom: upstairs loft has a twin trundle bed and a full bathroom with tub/shower.
It has a great balcony view of the lake, a small library, and a quite a number of jigsaw puzzles.
