Wake up to the sound of the waves in the comfortable master suite with spacious master bath and a working office for those workaholics. It also has a nice deck to catch some rays. Downstairs beach front bedroom or the other downstairs bedroom retreat with private bath. Two bedrooms suite upstairs with kitchenette and Library. Each bedroom has a queen bed with a dormer with a single bed and trundle making it accompany four to a room. The library has a comfortable bench sofa by day and extra sleeping area by night. Huge covered deck overlooking the Gulf with comfortable furniture to get relief from the Sun. This one is a show stopper for sure.

Summary: First, my family and I want to express our deep appreciation to Kathy and her family for allowing us to have the best family beach vacation ever at their beautiful house. It's immaculate and gorgeous and location is perfect is especially for my older parents. My newborn loved it and there was even a kiddie pool Kathy left for the little one to splash in all week. My cousin, brother, and sisters and my parents really enjoyed being in a location where we had dual immediate access to the beach and Pier Park. We treated the house as if it was our own, meaning we cleaned and made sure everything was as it should be when we left. We even cleaned all the beach stuff even though we had brought our own. When all said and done, my family would not rent any other beachhouse in the future as we found the ONE! The owner's are the best as well and again are very grateful to them.
