You will instantly find yourself step in to holiday mode when you arrive. This is an easy care family home set up for your comfort. Throw open the doors and with the magic of Omanu beach straight across the street, the sounds and smell of the ocean will have you instantly in the mood for a beach vacation. Bike or walk to town, or catch the Bay Hopper bus service which stops directly outside your door. It's up to you as to how much or little you choose to do; enjoy the many cafe's and restaurants, pop across to Tauranga - a 15min drive; relax and enjoy the holiday you deserve. Relax in the Mount Hot Pools at the base of the Mount.
We understand that working can sometimes be a requirement while on holiday, so for your convenience we provide WiFi so you can easily stay connected while on vacation.
Bathroom downstairs includes a high pressure shower and bath, with separate toilet room. A guest toilet is on the first floor for your convenience.
Bring your Sky decoder and plug straight in (cable supplied) or watch Freeview if you prefer.
Double garage with automatic door opener, and allocated space available for an extra car or boat if required.
Special conditions:
Compulsory Bond (set at the discretion of the owner min. $200 - max. $500) required per stay which is refunded in full or part within 24hrs of vacate-clean and property checklist being completed.
This is a family home and we rent to family groups or similar.
NO tents on lawn for extra occupants. NO teenage only groups.
Extras: Cleaning and Linen fees are charged per stay as stated. If additional cleaning is required to be done over and above what has been allowed for in the cleaning fee, this will be recovered from the bond.
