This is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom luxurious beachfront condo located in Kahala just a quick 15 minute drive from the Honolulu Airport. This is a secluded property with 24/7 security that offers resort like amenities including a salt water swimming pool, a gym overlooking the ocean, outdoor showers and foot washing stations, and a lovely library that doubles as a lounge.
A free secure parking stall and guest parking are included with this rental as well as an in-suite washer and dryer. The condo offers fast internet with a speed of 1 GB/s, centralized AC, linens, a full kitchen, a flatscreen 75" TV, and a cocktail set to make your trip as seamless as possible.
To comply with City and County of Honolulu residential zoning regulations, this property is being provided to you exclusively to be utilized for a full 30 day occupancy or greater period. If you need a smaller trip duration than what is posted, please send a direct inquiry with the group size and the preferred stay length.
A cleaning fee and deposit will be required for this property with additional charges for any guests beyond 4 people.
Guests will be able to access everything located within our private gated community. Upon check-in, guests will receive property keys which will give them access to all entrance and exit points of the property including to the unit itself.
Hawaii State Transient Accommodation Tax is mandatory for all visitors who stay less than 180 days in a contiguous visit. This tax is 10.25% on gross rent and will be in addition to Hawaii's standard general excise tax of 4.5%. These taxes are required to be charged by all hotels and any bed and breakfast rentals. Any guests will be charged these fees which will be added to the total rental fee and will be exclusive of the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance if you'd like additional cleaning during your stay as we would be more than happy to accommodate so long as proper notice has been provided.

Summary: Cole’s condo is amazing! It is huge, bright, updated, with new and high quality furniture and bedding. Beds are super comfy. Our son loved the day bed on the lanai. We also loved the couch! We appreciated bathroom products and various food staffs. Kitchen is well appointed. The beach is right behind the building, and what a pretty beach it is! The water is always calm there, and it is perfect for kids and lap swimmers. Too many activities and attractions nearby to list here. Communication with the host was great. Overall, our stay was incredible, and we would love to come back. Thank you for hosting us!
