The spacious primary bedroom suite has a comfortable king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat panel TV, and a full bathroom just down the hallway. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The community pool is just steps away, along with BBQ and tennis. *Please note that the unit is up one flight of steps and there is no elevator in this building. Have additional guests? The hotel pool and restaurants located in the very back of South Seas are for hotel/resort guests only. This condo is individually owned. There is a pool and, of course, the beach located right in front of the condo for your use. You will also have access to the association tennis court, BBQ grills, and the beach. There are several restaurants just outside the gates of the resort available to you, and you are saving over 50% from resort rates. Private Management
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.
Beach Gear
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. Delivery is included. On-site availability cannot be guaranteed. Your booking confirmation includes a link to redeem your credit.
Construction & Maintenance
Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.
Storm Impacts
Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to some amenities may be limited during your stay.
Pool Closure
The pool will be closed starting January 5, 2026. This closure is expected to last one (1) month. The other two pools at the Beach Villas will remain open and available to guests. One is in front of the 2300 building, and the other is in front of the 2500 building.
