On the beach side of Bristow Smith Avenue, you will fall in love with this two story beach retreat only minutes to the water's edge. This contemporary holiday home has so much space the whole family can enjoy. Adjacent to the South Lakes golf course and only minutes to the beach, which has a new surf lifesaving club and cafe. This home has a great layout the whole family will love!

A large spacious open plan living area with plenty of seating areas for the whole family a TV and DVD player. Chef's master kitchen with a large island bench with bar stools, electric cooking, microwave, dishwasher, pantry, fridge and coffee machine.
The kitchen overlooks an extensive open plan family / dining room.
This spacious living area opens onto a huge front balcony where you will sit for hours taking in the lovely tranquil setting and coastal vibe and enjoy a BBQ out on the deck with your loved ones.
