Where will I be?
Beach Retreat is in a great location. There's a park with swings and slides just a couple of doors down the road and a pathway that offers a short cut to the mouth of Crooked River and Little Beach. You are also a short stroll away from the award winning Blue Swimmer Restaurant and Cafe. The upstairs balcony has views of the ocean and beautiful Seven Mile Beach.

How is the property laid out?
Beach Retreat is a large double storey home with plenty of room for a family or friends.
Upstairs has a queen bedroom and ensuite, living area and bar, and entertaining deck to enjoy the views.
Downstairs has the remaining three bedrooms (a queen size, and two rooms with two single beds), the main living area and two bathrooms, one with bath, shower and separate toilet, and the other with shower and toilet.
Both upstairs and downstairs living areas have air conditioning, TVs, and a great selection of DVDs. The modern, fully equipped kitchen leads to the covered outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ that overlooks a spacious grassed back garden. There is also a laundry with washing machine and a high chair and cot are available for use.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
The large grassed fully fenced backyard with landscaped gardens offers great privacy. There is also an undercover entertaining area with gas BBQ and an upstairs entertaining deck with chairs and table and a view of the ocean.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
