The 1st floor upstairs houses the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Large sliding glass doors lead on the north facing balcony. With ocean views, outdoor furniture and electric BBQ, this sun drenched deck is an ideal morning coffee spot or all day dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven & cook top, dishwasher and microwave. The living area has a gas log fire, as well as a reverse cycle heater and air conditioner. For entertainment there is a Smart TV with DVD player. Free Wifi internet is available throughout the property.
The master king bedroom is also on this level, featuring a full en-suite with large corner spa, shower and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet on this level. Further stairs lead up to the roof top viewing deck.
Ground level has three bedrooms including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. There is a large bathroom with a shower over a full sized bath and a European style laundry with washer and dryer facilities.
If you are in a larger group, or just want to spread out to relax, there is a 2nd living area with TV downstairs.
