Enjoy this beautiful location next to Carlin Park, with 3 miles of glorious beaches – walk through the park to the sandy beach and blue ocean in 8 minutes; or drive to the beach (free parking) in 3 minutes. Welcome to our family's vacation home. This large 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 -bath condo includes 2 full master suites, beautiful, relaxing dining and generous living areas with vaulted ceiling, a spacious 2nd floor loft, private porch with park views and ocean breezes, TV’s in the living room and each bedroom, free Wi-Fi/Internet (download 300 mbps), and a new air conditioner with blue light air purifier. Our guarded community features a resort lifestyle with 50x24 heated pool & open air clubhouse, tennis, pickle ball, racquetball and bocce. Dozens of fantastic restaurants and stores right around the corner! Ideal location for great restaurants, miniature golf, the Maltz Theatre, Harbourside, and the fabulous Love Street area. Close to golf courses, snorkeling, charter fishing & scuba diving, and bike trails.
Included in our condo are a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and toaster, paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, beach towels, swimming noodles, beach toys, new washer and dryer, iron, ironing board. The entire condo and patio are yours to enjoy. Plenty of free parking. Nighttime manned security gate. This 2nd floor condo is accessible by one flight of stairs (no elevator).
The well-groomed and well-maintained adjacent Carlin Park features a walking/jogging path with a 20-station exercise course, playground, bocce courts and tennis courts (lighted), grills and picnic tables near the beach.
Please note: motorcycles, RVs, trailers, golf carts, and commercial vehicles are not permitted in this community after 5pm. Personal pick-up trucks are OK.
