The BEACH PANORAMA is a magnificent architecturally designed home is split across 5 multi levels to capture sunlight and sweeping views of the beachfront from almost every room in the home. The design captures cool breezes during summer with the ability to open all of sliding glass panels to an outdoor lifestyle. During winter the sliding glass panels close up to ensure the home stays cosy so you can enjoy the view even in bad weather.
As you walk in the entry and step up into the bright living, dining and kitchen you will be blown away by the view! A few more steps up and you have a second lounge which again boasts views and perfectly captures the sea breeze. It’s a perfect space to relax with a book, listen to music or enjoy the features of the large screen modern smart TV. The master bedroom with it’s own unique private bathroom is an absolute standout! Listen to soothing surf sounds from the comfort of your own bed and welcome the morning sun with a coffee on your personal balcony.
On the lower levels are three bedrooms, shared bathroom and separate toilet. Two bedrooms look out to the stunning views whilst sharing the second full bathroom with separate toilet. The 4th bedroom is a perfect kids retreat having a double bunk with a single bed above and another king single bed (sleeping 4). The BEACH PANORAMA is a perfect mix of quality timber, stone and tile add wonderful character and interest, while the high-end finishes and state of the art appliances offer an element of luxury. Finish your day cooking a BBQ for the family with the WeberQ perched on the amazing ocean lookout.
The location is just a short walk to the beach, surf club and local cafés. Enjoy breakfast at The Salt Mill café followed by lunch at Tommies and finally you can’t go wrong with a classic Australian icon of Currumbin Beach Vikings Surf Life Saving Club for dinner. Within a few meters you will also be able to visit some local swimwear, clothing and design shops.
