This beautiful house for up to 5 guests is located in the beautiful town of Sant Pere just minutes away from the beach! (Mallorca)
THE ESPACE
The property is the ideal place to spend a wonderful family vacation. It features 3 well-furnished bedrooms. One has a spacious double bed and two others with 2 single beds each. There are also two comfortable bathrooms for our guests to enjoy.
The exterior area is blessed with natural light. Green manicured gardens surround a private swimming pool and cosy sun loungers. There’s a connected resting area next to the swimming pool adorned with Mallorcan fabrics and red flowers. It invites you to spend an afternoon catching up on your favourite book while drinking a refreshing horchata. What a delight!
The upper area boasts practical loungers covered by an enormous parasol that is perfect for sunbathing so you can brag about your tan back home!
We are proud to provide sustainable and comfortable properties. The property has an individual cooling and heating system that offers the perfect temperature.

Summary: Super cute townhome walking distance in the seaside village to cafes, restaurants, and sweet little beach. Completely equipped with all you need. Welcome gift was beyond generous, and the house manager was very helpful and kind. Fast response to all our needs. Highly recommend!
