The Space:
Kimberling City and Lighthouse Lodge is where it's all at for boating, fishing and all things lake related. Being only minutes away from Silver Dollar City and every bit of the Branson fun! At "Beach House @ Lighthouse" you're only 100 yards from the boat launch, the water, and a slip if you would like. Walk over to "what's up doc" for any last-minute supplies or boat rentals. It's just a quick jot over to the grocery store and shopping. You will have an adorable and remodeled cabin to spend your downtime in after all the activities of the day. This home features a well-equipped kitchen, with updated décor throughout the entire place, and plenty of room for the group to hang out. Step out on the front porch and take in the sounds of the lake or the crackling of the fire from the pit.
Kitchen includes: Well-equipped with all your basic cookware needed to whip up some hearty meals, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove, full size refrigerator, and everything needed to keep the cook on their game!
Bathroom includes: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wipes, hair dryer, hand soap, soft towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Living room: soft seating, large streaming T.V updated décor, and plenty of room for the group.
Exterior includes: front patio area, outdoor seating, gas grill, and feel free to take in the beautiful views!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1 includes: 1 king (memory foam) bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 includes: 1 queen (memory foam) bed (sleeps 2)
Living Room includes: 1 queen (memory foam) sleeper sofa (sleeps 2)

**AMENITY USE INCLUDES**
Common area firepit, game court (cornhole, horseshoes, and bocce ball), and a dock with large swim deck on Table Rock Lake.
**Please note that due to the area of this cabin, the Wi-Fi does not always have a strong connection, therefore we cannot guarantee Wi-Fi connectivity. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns!
Other Things to Note:
**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $75 is required, with a limit of 2 dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pet into guest count, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.
**Prior approval is required for any more than 2 dogs; there is a $25 fee for each additional dog & must be paid separately.
No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.
