Kick back in the living area on the fun sectional and stream your favorite shows or movies on the TV. When everyone builds up an appetite, the full kitchen will beckon the group's chef to whip up tasty meals and snacks using stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and modern cookware. The picnic table will make for terrific outdoor dining. Plus, everyone can be a part of the conversation with island seating and an open layout seamlessly flowing from room to room. After a day at the beach, come back to spritz away the sand with the water hose next to the outdoor grill.
Palmilla Amenities include beach access, golf cart rentals, a golf course, two restaurants, a fitness center, and two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests.
