This inviting three-bedroom, two-bathroom beach house is a short and level 2.0km walk to Dee Why Beach and surrounding attractions. Featuring a 10 metre saltwater pool, multiple outdoor living zones, media room, study area and gorgeous gourmet kitchen with 900mm gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave and everything needed to prepare a masterpiece. The house has reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout.
Media Room - has a queen size pull out sofa bed. Features a 75 inch screeen with SONOS sound. This room has wide sliding doors that open onto the rear entertaining terrace at the back of the house overlooking the pool.
Dining Areas - six seat extendable dining table in dining room adjacent to kitchen. There is also an 8 seater circular table at the front of the property with a huge 3.5m square umbrella. This area also has a Ziegler & Brown 3 burner gas kettle BBQ. This space is adjacent to the kitchen. The rear sunroom features three outdoor lounges together with an 8 seat dining table overlooking the pool. There is also a rear deck with a 6 seater table that is a beautiful spot for breakfast.
There are TV’s in the media room, loungeroom, main bedroom and bedroom 2. The TV’s have Fetch TV, Netflix, Disney & Stan. There is a BOSE sound bar in the loungeroom. There is an integrated SONOS system throughout the property.
The large pool is perfect for the whole family and is a great spot after a swim at the beach. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. There is also a trampoline for the kids.
The property has a new continuous gas hot water system.
The laundry features quality front loader washer and heat pump dryer that is simple to use. There is a downstairs bathroom next to the laundry. There is also an ensuite bathroom of the main bedroom.
