Beach front property. Six bed rooms, four baths, sleeps 16 people. Minimum stay is for two nights. Four bathrooms, swimming pool, activity room, no neighbors, 11 acres of land and beautiful gardens. Plenty of space. If renter provide air mattresses, upon agreement with owner, more people can stay. Ideal for large groups: family, friends, corporate, weddings, yoga, athletic and religious retreats. There is an extra charge for events such as weddings, large parties and birthdates. Outlets with restaurants, movies and stores nearby. Tourist attractions like the Arecibo Observatory, Camuy Caves, Indian Cave and Hallows Beach, well renowned surfer beach are within a short drive. Upon request owner can provide list of activities in the area. Cleaning and cooking services can be arranged at renters expense. You will need a car to move around (no public transportation), plenty of parking space. We are in the country, rural area. You are welcome to stay in this house, built in the 1950's.

Summary: Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR.
