Enjoy the mesmerizing ocean views from each of the living areas as well as the outdoor veranda which runs the length of the house overlooking your private beach and ocean. French Doors lead from the Living Room and Master Bedroom to the large covered veranda. From the veranda is a spiral staircase leading to a private rooftop deck with beautiful 360 degree views of the Caribbean sea, 20 islands, the back-bay, Mayan mountains and stunning sunsets.
This is the most beautiful area of the Peninsula and is conveniently located just a mile north of Maya Beach where you will find groceries, great restaurants and bars. We are away from the noise and dust of Placencia Village but it is an easy drive down the main paved road to the Village where you will find numerous great shops, restaurants, beach bars, vegetable stands and live music.
