Enjoy the island life and give those beach feet a retreat! Go from sand soaking to spa soaking! This centrally-located home is right between 11th St and the 361.
After a fun day of fishing or playing in the surf, play a game of bean bag or spike/slam ball in the spacious backyard. You can grill your surf and/or turf and can also cozy up and have a bonfire. During quiet times you can hear the waves as you relax.

This property requires a 30 day minimum stay, per the city, for our street. Winter Texans, this is the perfect place for y’all! Others can enjoy the luxury of staying 30 days in this cute beach town and take your time seeing all there is to see.
This is an older home and we are continuing to make improvements and will update the listing as we go. There are ceiling fans in the living room and kitchen area and each bedroom, each with their own remote. One bedroom features a California king bed and a stack washer and dryer. The other has a twin bunk bed with a trundle bed under it and sofa sleeper. The trundle and the sofa sleeper both can’t be open at the same time; you choose which you prefer. This gives that room sleeping spaces for 4. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains. Each bedroom and the living room have wall-mounted smart TVs for streaming your OWN accounts. The living room TV does have complimentary Paramount Plus for your enjoyment. You’ll have the entire upstairs unit to yourselves, with a private entrance, a screened front porch and spacious backyard. There is a spa, picnic table, fire-pit with chairs to enjoy a bonfire as well.
There are also 4 loaner beach chairs you are welcome to take to the beach.
FYI, there may sometimes be a tenant underneath. You do not share the yard with the tenant, just the driveway. The downstairs tenant gets the left, y'all get the right side. The golf cart and the boat are not for tenant use. Thank you.
You will climb stairs to access the front porch leading into the home. You will share the driveway with the downstairs tenant and you’ll walk past that apartment door if you wish to access the backyard. FYI, the downstairs tenant has their own side yard that is not connected or shared with yours. Their laundry room however, is a room just inside the backyard, right at the gate. So on occasion, they may need to access their laundry room.
The neighborhood is very cute and colorful and a mixture of newer and older homes. It is very close to the beach, many restaurants and shopping. It is an active area. Golf cart traffic is common. This area is very active and can sometimes be noisy. There’s a lot of action and sometimes some barking dogs in the neighborhood. I recommend bringing ear plugs for the light sleepers. It’s a deep driveway, so you can easily park 2 cars there.
The hot tub lid must be clamped secure with all 4 clips after each use. It is not a public hot tub. It is only for upstairs tenant use.
