Positive: Location very convenient for golf club and Middleton Beach. Comfortable. Good facilities. Well-equipped. Complimentary bottle of wine.

Negative: No bin inside for food waste. Blinds and main bedroom curtains need some maintenance. Pegs need replenishing.

Summary: Our second time in this house. Very enjoyable.
