Positive: really well equipped. location.

Negative: damp issue along rear wall lower bedroom. room smelt damp though we aired it daily by opening windows. for info only I suspect there is woodworm in first full length drawer in blue chest of drawers in front bedroom upstairs.

Summary: well planned and well equipped house. worked very well for all of us and garden was nice and private
