The cook will enjoy the spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, quartz counter tops, an abundance of tall soft close cabinets with under and over lighting and stainless GE Profile appliances including 36” dual range with gas cooktop.
Convenient to the living area are two large guest rooms and two guest baths each with 0 entry floor to ceiling tiled showers. The second living level has tall 9-ft ceilings, oversized master suite with 10-ft ceiling, access to balcony, luxury bath with quartz counter tops, floor to ceiling tiled Zero-entry shower and room sized walk in closet. Two guest bedrooms share a bath with split quartz vanities and floor to ceiling tiled zero-entry shower. The guest suites also have access to large balcony with cool deck composite coating.
