IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY:
- Booking tenant must be 25 years of age or older & must occupy the property for the entire duration of the booking. Furthermore, this property is exclusively available as a vacation rental & is not available for worker housing.
- All December through March bookings must be for the entire month, starting the beginning of the month & ending the end of the month. Consecutive months may be booked, as long as they follow this requirement. If you're interested in booking other dates, please contact us for approval prior to booking. Bookings made during these months that do not adhere to these requirements are subject to cancellation by the host.
- Up to one friendly & well-behaved dog 30 LBS or less with you. For their stay, there's a pet fee of $300 & required registration via a third-party pet screening service (fee applies). Please familiarize yourself with our pet policy before securing your booking. We'll provide the registration link after you confirm your reservation.
- Smoking is also strictly prohibited to maintain a smoke-free environment within the property.
- For stays of 28 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a mid-stay cleaning to maintain the quality & cleanliness of the property. For extended stays, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 28 nights thereafter. If applicable, the cost of these cleanings will be collected separately & the number of cleanings will depend on the length of your stay.
- Due to bridges & varying water depths, it is your responsibility to ensure that your boat can safely navigate local waters, access the canal & fit the listed dockage before booking. While we are happy to provide general information based on our knowledge of the area, guests must exercise extreme caution when boating & ensure all activities comply with local regulations.
- The Florida Keys are home to various insects, including mosquitoes, no-see-ums, termites, etc. While routine pest control is in place, complete elimination is not possible. Additionally, guests may encounter various reptiles, chickens, Key deer, etc, which are part of the natural environment. We encourage guests to take necessary precautions, such as using insect repellent & keeping doors closed, to minimize exposure.
