Off the beaten path, on the Bay waters, watch the day gently slip away. This 2-bedroom Bay view property is the ideal place to relax and get away from it all. No cars, no traffic, no hassles. Bird's Nest, our sister property, is also available for rent. Guests renting both units are eligable for a discount. Max group size is 13. Schedule the water taxi to take you back to old Florida...the island of Little Gasparilla is boat only access. Beautiful views from the screened in lanai, fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer on site. PET FRIENDLY with owner approval. Take a stroll to the PRIVATE BEACH. Laze by the warm Gulf waters and catch an amazing sunset Community dock available for boats 22 feet or less.
Accommodates: 7 guests maximum with use of futons - Bird's Nest, our sister property is avaiable for larger groups. Discounts available if both units are rented together. Combined, both units will accomidate upto 13 guests

Summary: Lovely house! Everything you need for a wonderful vacation on the beach. The clothes dryer is a little loud and is missing the lint filter, so a few articles of clothing went missing…but we found them below the house where the dryer vent blows out. Other than that little mystery, our stay was perfect!
