Positive: This apartment is located in a building where everyone rents out their rooms. You can access the keys from a key lock counter. The code gives you the key so it is very important you have the right code. Everything is automized and it feels very efficient but very busy. The rooms are quiet although you will still hear some of the sounds from downtown Miami. Location is amazing and they can help with onsite parking if you need it. The addition of the washer and dryer was amazing.
Negative: The bed was low quality, there was no tea in the apartment. In terms of amenities compared to cost it is low.
