With stunning blue water views, this perfectly positioned retreat is blessed with a northern orientation maximising the flow of natural light into the open plan living area. With pitched ceilings and timber floorboards opening out to a large rear veranda with a breathtaking northern ocean aspect perfect for eating outdoors on the deck in the sun.
An impressive gourmet kitchen with stone benches, Ilve stove, stainless appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and nespresso pod coffee machine (guests BYO pods).
Well zoned for family or guests with the current configuration offering four bedrooms and two bathrooms sleeping a maximum of 9 guests.
Features include: heating to bedrooms, instantaneous hot water, laundry with washing machine/dryer, two wood fires (guests BYO wood if you wish to use as there are split system heaters also which heat the space really nicely), airconditioning, DVD player, smart TV, foxtel, BBQ, outdoor dining and free wifi.

LINEN SUPPLIED
We supply: sheets, pillow cases and towels for each guest. However it is important to note that beds will not be made upon your arrival and you will need to make the beds yourselves prior to sleeping. By supplying linen we are able to keep the tariff and additional charges low by keeping rates you pay to a minimum - however if you wish to have beds made up on your arrival there will be an additional fee for our cleaners to do this. Please confirm if you would like beds made up before you arrive. We also supply bath mats, hand towels and tea towels
The home is managed by Otway Retreats, a boutique, and local property management company based in Apollo Bay. Otway Retreats offer a personal concierge service to assist with local recommendations, tours, and provisioning the home before your arrival to make your stay that extra bit special! We are also local and on-call should you have any issues or need help throughout your stay. We hope you enjoy your time exploring the Great Ocean Road!
BOND/REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FEE: Please note the bond is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card, this is taken within 48 hours of your arrival and held until 7 days post stay. We require that the bond is simply an amount we "hold" on your card. If there are issues or damages, we will contact you post stay to discuss with a view to resolving before the hold is released.
The booking price displayed for online bookings includes a processing fee of 3% per booking.
If a refund or cancellation takes place, please note the refunded amount will not include the 3% processing fee as this will be retained by Otway Retreats to cover the original transaction.

Check-in time is 3:00pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10:00am unless specified and agreed otherwise.
Early Check-ins and Late checkouts are subject to availability and incur additional fees of $50.00 per hour.
Please respect the privacy of our local community and neighbours. If a guest's behaviour or noise level is unreasonable, a warning will be given and ignoring this will result in the cancellation of the booking without refund. Strictly no parties or events allowed.
