Positive: The location was good, only a short walk to the beach. The townhouse was very clean. Very good for the price.
Negative: The property as a whole is very dated. There were a couple of fixes the townhouse needed. Some of the lights flickered. Some of the towel racks fell when we hung towels up. Master bed was very hard.
Summary: Clean, good location and worth the money.
