Positive: The staff was helpful. We locked our keys inside the room and they immediately gave us a 3rd one at no additional charge. The sports bar/arcade was a highlight of our stay since the mundial is going on. Clean pools and a saragassum-free beachside.

Negative: The mats next to our bed in the room felt sticky. Our mini fridge wasn't cold so beverages would get warm after some time. There were a lots of fruit flies around for some reason. Even the room had 1 or 2. At other resorts they have waiters taking drink/food orders by the poolsides, there was none here so we had to walk over to the bar in the next pool to get a drink and there is no visibility of the kids pool from there so we had to take turns to go get drinks so that someone had eyes on our kid at all times.
