This gorgeous property is the perfect getaway for couples, families or groups of friends. A character filled home on 2 acres and only 3km to the stunning Mt Martha beach & shops. The grounds of the property feature large lawn areas for picnics, climbing playground, tree houses, footy goals, chicken pen (fresh eggs everyday), fire pit and a large BBQ. A fantastic setup for families and perfect for your summer holiday.
The house is pet friendly but please note the property is not fully fenced. There is a 30m pen that can be secured if want to make sure pets are safe & secure.
Featuring 4 bedrooms , 3.5 bathrooms and dining area that seats up to 10 guests.
Kitchen with Island Bench + 3 stools, plenty of household modern appliances including coffee machine (Rocket Appartamento).
This area has a split system air-conditioner and bi fold doors opening to large covered decking area with a firepit that over looks the gorgeous backyard.
Large lounge with wall mounted Smart TV + Apple TV and Sound Bar, couches, board games, sitting area around Coonara Wood Heater and Ceiling Fan.
A separate rumpus room has wall mounted Smart TV, 40 game - arcade machine, and huge amounts of Lego pieces stored securely and plenty of books and games to keep the kids entertained. This room also has a split system air-conditioner.
Wifi available and laundry with washing machine, dryer and second fridge.
