Positive: The location and the environment. The feeling you get is that you stepped into a fairytale environment. The service is very helpful and friendly.
Negative: The cottage was lovely but the sleeping quarters are uncomfortable to access. Ours were basically in the attic and they were futons/mattresses placed on the floor. It was difficult getting up from the bed. Definitely not easy if your mobility is challenged. Moreover, there was no ventilator in any of the rooms. And being quite hot when we were there made it uncomfortable.
