Positive: Great location, very easy check-in and check-out process, underground car park. Overall clean apartment. Shared play area for the kids indoors - fantastic when the weather isn't great. Big balcony is also a positive. Good contact with the host.
Negative: The biggest issue was the bed and the quality of the bedding, especially the pillows. We never had a good sleep. Lack of basic stuff such as bath mat, tea towels, oven gloves or properly working hoover or a hairdryer was also disappointing. Another big problem was the noise. There is a large gap under the main door which leads to even the smallest sound being heard both travelling to and from the flat - no privacy! Poorly fitted blinds in the bedroom - one actually fell off and could have landed in our child's cot!
Summary: Good stay but improvements needed!
