4 Bedroom House in Black Hill

A lifestyle property set on over an acre including a tennis court. Located meters away from the Black Hill Lookout so only a 3 minute walk to the famous Black Hill mountain bike trails. Only 2.5km to the main town, 2km to the Ballarat Wildlife park, 4km to Sovereign hill and 3km from Lake Wendouree and the Ballarat Botanical Gardens.
Has a large dining table, two living areas, a study, 2 bathrooms, stairs to a bedroom and a lovely view looking at Mt. Warrenheip. BBQ deck area and has a basketball hoop for the kids. Excellent heating and cooling and Wood Canara and unlimited internet. Standard television. Basic linen/towels provided but bring your own linen and towels if you would like extra.
Bring your own tennis equipment and basketball. Enjoy the simplicity of Ballarat. Perfect house for a large family or multiple families.

Summary: House was great for 2 families. Plenty of rooms for kids to separate from adults. Fire was very much appreciated and such a lovely touch to already have it on when we arrived. Bed linen and towels included was also appreciated as was the extra tea, coffee, biscuits chocolates etc. Great variety of books and wifi was great because phone reception wasn't great. Would recommend to groups or 2 families.
