Positive: a lot of facility like pool,.kitchen
Negative: 1. there is no air conditioning in the room, esp. it is during summer, too hot to sleep. housekeeping explained that is why the price is relatively low, but they should make it clear before I book. 2. my family have problem with travel document so they cannot join the trip, and therefore I was changing my travel plan. before I change my flight, I asked the housekeeping if I could shorten or cancel my reservation without charge, and the housekeeping agreed. but the next day, the house owner refused my cancellation without charge. i asked the housekeeping and she replied the owner changed mind. but I have already changed my flight to one day early therefore I can only stay for one night instread of two nights that I booked. it is understandable that they do not agree about cancellation, but the "change mind" thing really disrpted my plans!
