Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The beds were really comfy and there was AC which seemed to be a rarity among accommodations in Pisa, also we had a private bathroom. Breakfast was decent though we only chose to have it on the morning when we had to catch an early train, if having more time I'd recommend going to the town centre for breakfast. The host Carlo was very accommodating.
Negative: Location is not the best but still OK. We were out of the town walls so we had to walk ~ 20mins to the Tower of Pisa and the start of all shops, restaurants and bars, also 15mins from the nearest train station. Not too bad but might be a better location if you are driving.
