Summary: I rarely leave reviews, but this one truly deserves it. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the extra touches such as champagne on arrival and Molton Brown toiletries. The rooms were beautifully designed, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of hot and cold options. It is also dog friendly, with the added convenience of a dog wash. Although there is no dinner available at the hotel, there is a complimentary chauffeur service into Cartmel for dinner reservations. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Aynsome Manor.
