4 Bedroom House in New Munster, Burlington

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath private home is all set for family fun and making memories. Lily Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in southern WI and there are kayaks and paddle boards and a paddle boats for you to use in summer months. Min. Stay 4 nights in summer. 2 night in the off season.
The house sits on a beautifully landscaped lot, with a sandy beachfront right on the shore of Lily Lake. The summers are great for boating, jet skiing, fishing, sunbathing and swimming. Fall and spring is an excellent time to ride bikes, hike and ride ATV trails. Winter is for snowmobiling, skiing and ice fishing with close location to Wilmot (7mi), Grand Geneva (15mi) and Alpine (22mi) ski resorts.
Queen beds in all 4 bedrooms and 2 rooms have an additional single bed.
Bathrooms updated in the last 2 years and have tiled walk-in showers.
New reverse osmosis water system installed in 2021 with drinking water system.
Kitchen is well appointed with many spices and extras not always found in a rental. Leaf for the table can seat 8. Loads of seating outside with 2 tables on the main patio and a lower patio with additional seating. Gas grill! Bring your coffee - choose from coffee maker, carafe or Kerig. Toaster, electric stove and microwave. Many dishes and pots and pans to whip up your favorite meals. We now have a dishwasher!! Dishes etc. for 20+.
This property is only 13 miles from Lake Geneva - great for dining, shopping or taking on the wonderful Lake Geneva Shore Path. https://www.visitlakegeneva.com
Grocery near by in Twin Lakes and Paddock Lake. There is a little Lounge on the lake too. Easy to walk to or paddle down to ... Public Beach also across the lake from this property with boat launch.

Property is a short drive from Milwaukee/Kenosha area and approximately 1 hour from Chicago.
