Positive: Location and property layout
Negative: The house not been properly cleaned for a long time. BBQ was sited outside in the sun - no shade available until late in the afternoon - no hot plate to use (grill only). Stovetop needed a scrub clean. Dust and fluff in every room. No hanging space in main bedroom. Plates in the cupboard were all quite wet.
Summary: Great location but the stay was soured due to unacceptable levels of cleanliness.
