Summary: This property is exactly what is listed. Very safe given the gated community and proximity to the front gate. The Pool is very private and the perfect size, gets afternoon sun. The house is no more than a 15 minute drive to anywhere in Naples. The community is perfect for walking and the community pickleball courts and pool are fantastic if you want to socialize. The house is very spacious and there is plenty of room for 2 couples or a family of 6. The owner is very prompt with communication via text or phone. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.
