Welcome to "KYLE PRIVATE RANCH” with a brand-new POOL! Located just 25 minutes from downtown Austin, Texas, this 22-acre property is your ultimate getaway destination. Whether you're planning a vacation with your family, a corporate event, a wedding, or even a photography session, this beautiful ranch has something for everyone.
As you enter the property through a private gate, you'll be greeted by stunning views of the rolling hills and green pastures. Straight down the driveway, you'll see our beautiful horses, stables, land, and brand-new outdoor pool - the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Our home is perfectly laid out for 8 guests, with four spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The King Bedroom has doors that open directly to the pool area and features a king-size bed, two walk-in closets, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two queen rooms also have a private closet in each, and they're joined by a Jack n' Jill bathroom with two sinks, toilet, and a custom bathtub. The fourth room has two twin beds inside, making it ideal for kids or a group of friends.
The stunning, renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy delicious meals during your stay. The kitchen table can comfortably seat six people and has an extender if needed, while the living room offers plenty of space to play games and watch TV. You'll love how the living room walks right out to the beautiful, new pool - perfect for a refreshing dip on hot Texas days. The patio furniture and plenty of seats to lay out back on, including two pool chairs inside the shallow end. The four seasons room has two couches and a table and leads directly into our private sauna, where you can relax and unwind after a long day.
With 22 acres of land to explore, you'll never run out of things to do. Take a leisurely stroll through the pastures or go on a horseback ride and explore the beautiful countryside. Our friendly horses roam the back half of the land, so get your cameras ready! There's also plenty of space for outdoor games, picnics, or even a bonfire under the stars.
