Positive: The room interiors were decent and the private garden concept looked good in photos. The property has potential if managed transparently and with proper basic facilities.
Negative: We had a very disappointing experience at this property and would not recommend it, especially for couples or special occasions. Before reaching the property, the owner called and offered a discount if we paid advance. We were told ₹12,000 for 3 nights instead of ₹13,000, so we agreed and paid ₹6,000 online. The remaining amount was supposed to be paid in cash on arrival. When we reached the property around 7–8 PM, there was no caretaker, no reception, and no one available to take payment or assist us. Basic amenities were missing: •No drinking water provided •We were forced to buy water bottles from a restaurant and pay for them •No proper food arrangements on-site This trip was supposed to celebrate my partner’s birthday, but: •No decent cake shop within 20 km •No good restaurants, activities, or places nearby •We couldn’t even find a simple cake and ended up cutting caramel custard instead, which was very upsetting Due to all these issues, we checked out early after 2 nights instead of 3 (checked out on the 21st at 10 AM). The owner shared a restaurant contact, but: •Food quality was poor and overpriced •They charged ₹150 extra just for delivery •Meals were expensive and not worth the cost Important information was not disclosed before booking: •The property is almost 1 hour away from Karjat station •The road to the property is extremely bad with deep, human-size potholes •Reaching the place at night was stressful and unsafe This place lacks transparency, basic hospitality, and guest care. The experience caused unnecessary stress, extra expenses, and completely ruined a special occasion. Strongly advise others to confirm all details clearly before booking or avoid this property altogether.
